Booking Details:
Full terms and conditions of lettings are included in the booking form.
Rental prices are per week for each cottage and include water and electricity
allowances. The property will be prepared for your arrival and you are
asked to leave it as you expect to find it. If left in an unreasonable
state the cost of extra cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
The maximum number of people allowed in the property is as stated and
must be respected. No pets allowed. Weekly lettings run from 4 pm Saturday
to 10 am Saturday. Other Changeover days possible apart from July/Aug.
Short Breaks possible apart from peak season. Discounts for 2 person occupancy
outside main summer holiday period.
Supplements apply for heating and the supply of bedinen.
A deposit of 25% is
payable on booking and the balance is due eight weeks before the holiday
commences. Added to the balance will be a £100 per cottage security deposit,
which will be refunded in full after your holiday ends unless you have
incurred additional charges or caused damage to the property or its contents.
We will send you exact location details and keys approx. 10 days prior
to your letting. In all matters English law applies.
Cancellation:
If you have to cancel your booking any amounts paid will only be refunded
if the property can be re-let.
In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your booking our liability
is limited to the refund of all money paid by you.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS - FERRIES, FLIGHTS AND CAR HIRE
Our properties are convenient to the ports of Cherbourg, Caen or St Malo - a 1-2 hour drive. Le Havre and Dieppe are also possible - about a 2-3 hour drive. By staying in our cottages you can book your ferry crossing at discounted 'package' rates. We are members of a Travel Club and will provide you with contact details and reference numbers to obtain a quote when you have confirmed your booking. Best Price Guarantees are offered on Ferry Crossings and Eurotunnel. Competitive rates can also be obtained for Travel Insurance and Continental Breakdown Assistance.
