provisional booking.
Then complete and send the booking
form with your deposit. Provisional bookings are held for seven
days pending receipt of the booking form and deposit.

Booking Details:
Full terms and conditions of lettings are included in the booking form.
Rental prices are per week for each/both cottage(s) and include water
and electricity allowances.
The property will be prepared for your arrival and you are asked to
leave it as you expect to find it. If left in an unreasonable state
the cost of extra cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
The maximum number of people allowed in the property is as stated and
must be respected. No pets allowed. Weekly lettings run from 4 pm Saturday
to 10 am Saturday. Other Changeover days possible apart from July/Aug
and other peak periods. Weekend and Short Breaks possible outside main
holiday seasons.
Discounts for 2 person occupancy outside main summer holiday period.
Supplements apply for heating and the supply of bedinen.
A deposit of 25%
is payable on booking and the balance is due eight weeks before the
holiday commences. Added to the balance will be a £100 per cottage security
deposit, which will be refunded in full after your holiday ends unless
you have incurred additional charges or caused damage to the property
or its contents.
We will send you exact location details and keys approx. 10 days prior
to your letting. In all matters English law applies.
Cancellation:
If you have to cancel your booking any amounts paid will only be refunded
if the property can be re-let.
In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your booking our liability
is limited to the refund of all money paid by you.
Payment for COTTAGE RENTAL is now accepted by CREDIT CARD - Click on the icon below for a secure link to www.paypal.com - Please add a 3.52% transaction surcharge to the total amount payable if choosing to settle by this method.

Our properties are convenient to the ports of Caen, Cherbourg or St Malo - a 1-2 hour drive, Le Havre and Dieppe are a 2-3 1/2 hour drive, Calais is a 5 hour drive.
